Judging at Formula Ethara and Yas in Schools was such an exciting experience for me. It felt really cool to be trusted with checking out the teams and seeing all the effort and creativity they put in. I loved watching how the younger kids came up with their ideas, built their projects, and presented them with so much energy. It was super inspiring, and I felt proud to be part of something that’s all about innovation and teamwork. Being a judge also made me realize how important it is to be fair and kind while giving feedback, so everyone feels encouraged to keep going.
